Station 04 Johor

After 3 stations trip, I decided to travel for long distances in Malaysia. However, I never expected this happened……Here goes my trip to Johor!

For me, Johor is considered as far away from where I stay. If I take the bus to Johor, I will be exhausted before I start my trip. Hence, air flight is my only option. It takes just an hour from Kuala Lumpur to Johor Bahru, plus AirAsia was having promotions, so I purchased the flight ticket couple days ago before the trip. Out of the sudden, there is a thought came across my mind. Every time before I travel to other cities, I always make a detailed plan. For instance, morning I will go to visit place A, B and C, while afternoon is D. Although I did enjoy the benefits to do so, but life is kind of boring due to lack of surprises. What if, for this time, I did not do prior research, just simply book the hostel? I indulged myself to follow my heart, forget the research, forget the plan, just try my luck. By holding this thought, I took the flight to Johor.

Since I have heard that there is a Legoland in Johor, which is a popular spot for tourists. After reached Johor, I took the taxi and straightly went there. I was luckily that only few visitors that day, as my friend told me, last time she went there was quite crowded. After purchased the ticket, I walked inside. It is amazed that almost everything was built by Lego, sometimes you may mix with the real stuff at the first glance. However, I am not really a fan of Lego, so it is hard for me to get excited like other visitors. Especially, there are many children running around, makes me feel like this is the kindergarten. I was too boring to walk around, just want to finish the journey as soon as possible. Under this depressed mood, I walked towards the ending point. Fortunately, Legoland did give me a big surprise! Near the end of the journey, there is an exhibition area for visitors. There are many mini sizes of world-widely landmarks located separately, which were built by Lego. I was so glad to see them. It is totally worth the trip. I took pictures of each of them and shared with my friends. Somehow, I understand the joy to play with Lego. I also took pictures of other Lego models before I leave. I would conclude that, if you are a fan of Lego, this is the must place to go. Or, you have kids around who are crazy about Lego toys.

While after Legoland, I was on the way back to the city area. Since I did not make plans, so I just randomly walk around, to spot any interesting places. It is quite a pleasure to find that there are much graffiti on the wall, these paintings are interesting. Sometimes, for a café, there are few cups of coffee drew outside. Or just simply cute animals and plants.

The last surprise today happened in my hostel. The decorations of the hostel are exactly like my dream house, and the owner has an adorable bunny! It is so cute that I watched it to eat for almost an hour. It makes me feel really hard to say goodbye the next day.

Although I did enjoy many surprises during this trip, I did not try any tasty foods around. Hence, for my next trip, I will do research as usual. Anyway, this is really a memorable trip!

--- Stay tuned on my next trip! I plan to go explore a new wrld! ---
